have a good job, good girlfriend, but feel like I just have to go out and have as much fun as I can every other day or soo ,, it cost a Fortune,, not good for my health but when i’m up and running just wanna keep going. i’m 23 but concerned about my health, how long can I keep this up? must be something missing

Doesn’t sound like anything is missing.
If your goal is to have fun…then you’ve accomplished that.
If you’re bored, start a family. You will wish you didn’t.
What volunteer work have you done lately? Be a big brother, help a neighbor, help your family. Find something you can have a passion for. Start a night class, take a art course. Look for ways to fill that void.
Yes, what some people will do to avoid a bit of boredom. Boredom is a part of life just as much as anything else.
Accept it.
And if possible, learn to enjoy it.
There is nothing wrong with living in the present moment and enjoying life. It just depends what type of “going out”you are doing how it will affect your health. Maybe try healthier fun things, tennis, golf, etc with your friends still can have fun but not in a club. Happiness, does not come from what you do, it flows into what you do, it does not come from an activity or a thing. That is why sometimes we get frustrated because we think the world is not giving us what we think we need.
