An associate of mine (who is currently residing in prison due to this) was suspected of stealing money for up to three months at his business. I was wondering if the business can charge for those three months that they “suspicions” about, or just the 110 dollars he was caught with on the last day? He says he was forced into admitting he had done this as well.
