What is it called where a group of people put money in together and at some point it is returned?
I have seen it on the peoples court and other places. Its were a group of twenty or so people give money to this one person and they do this for say a year and at the end if they havent missed a payment they get their money back but if they miss a payment the money that they have paid goes into the collection for everyone else. I think they call it a sewsew or something like that.
